   sometimes I get excited when I see a rape seen in a movie because the idea of a man having that much power over me is such a turn on…..but I know the reality is not even a little fun.

   Don’t feel ashamed and frightened if you know you could never hurt someone like that. These are very common sexual fantasies. I have rape fantasies all the time, and I used to feel so ashamed, especially because I am such a feminist. However, it is very normal to get excited by power dynamics in sex. As long as you keep reality clearly separate from your fantasies, you’re good.

   Please seek some counselling. I was raped by a man who thought that rape was “a turn on” and I was the unlucky one he targeted. Just talk to someone about how you feel and set clear boundaries between reality and fantasy.

   the fact that you said you liked it and havent acted on it.. you dont need counsling. Empowerment is a turn on… im a female & rape scenes (some of them) turn me on! Look into bondage *with concent* and enjoy that with your partner!!
