When you said the reason you had to stop talking to me was because you really liked me, it hurt my heart.

When I responded and you told me to stop because you couldn’t handle me romanticizing it, it hurt my heart.

When you told me you could never be with another woman because you couldn’t do that to your family, it hurt my soul, I want you to be happy.

That girl is messed up. I know many bi and gay people who had trouble to start with, but they never tried to make someone else feel shitty for what they were going through. It’s not right. I hope you find someone better.

The girl I dated for 3 years, the girl I thought I would spend the rest of my life with, did the same thing. It hurt so much and still does, but every day I cry about it a little less

I had a root canal a few years ago. The needle will pinch a liltte, but many times the dentist will put a topical numbing gel on your gums before they inject the Novocaine. My dentist puts her finger on my gum and wiggles it while the needle is going in and it helps distract from the feeling of it. Once you have that first shot, though, you shouldn’t have any pain after that. If you do, tell them right away and they will stop and numb you more. My root canal took about 20-30 minutes. While they are doing it, you’ll feel vibrations, scraping, etc. It doesn’t hurt but it’s uncomfortable. The Novocaine wears off after a few hours. After it does, your jaw will be sore from having your mouth open wide for so long. Your tooth will feel weird because there won’t be any nerve left and that takes a liltte getting used to.Bring your ipod with you and also ask them to let you know before they do the needle so you can close your eyes. Those needles are scary looking and it’s better to just close your eyes and take your mind off of it. Another piece of advice is to take long, deep breaths and concentrate on your breathing while you’re having the procedure. It isn’t the most pleasant experience but it’s nothing to be afraid of and it will be over before you know it. Good luck! Was this answer helpful?
