Love is simple. Love is a great feeling. If you think you feel it, don’t over-analyze, enjoy it and share it. Love everyone and everything in your life. If there’s something you don’t love, get away from it. Make things for the people you love. Cook for them. Make them cards, bracelets, absolutely anything. Don’t let anything stop you from loving your life and everything in it and when you think you feel love, never hold back.

My grandma was recently very ill. I was horrified to speak with her. Pertrified. Cried on the car ride there. Listening to her breathe, for the last time, was the most beautiful, scary sound. Don’t miss it. It’s a mistake. Whatever you do, I’m sorry for your loss. And I hope you are happy and safe, no matter what.

“My grandma was recently very ill”
I just lost my grandmother in late November last year.
I was so scared to see her in the hospital, but I was more scared that she’d be alone. I knew she’d sit by my bedside if I needed her.
I held her hand all day everyday for a week, until the moment she passed. It’s something I will never forget. It was scary, it was sad, but it was one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done.

To the person who is afraid to go see their grandmother:
Please go see her. If you don’t you will regret it. Please trust me on this.

My grandfather was termanily ill and I was afraid too, I didn’t want to remember him that way, he held on for two years and everyday now I’m thankful that I did go and see him and was able to say goodbye.

Go see her, go see her, go see her. Any possible pain you might experience from seeing her in her fragile state will be 100 times better than the regret you would feel if you dont see her.
