I think you should talk to your sister. I really dislike certain PDA as well. I kiss my boyfriend in public but we never make out. It freaks me out when people tell me stories how they had sex or gave head in the backseat of someone’s car while a friend was driving. I can’t imagine putting such intimate moments on display. And if the moaning doesn’t stop? Invest in earplugs.

This is the reason why I’m so paranoid about PDA with friends or family. Even holding hands with my boyfriend took in front of others was BIG step. I would DIE of embarrassment if anyone would spot me making out or much less hear me having sex. It’s borderline prude maybe, but I just feel that I would not want to be on the other side of the situation.
